After the Grand success of HIRCO SYNERGY 2011, we are back with a more exciting edition of HIRCO SYNERGY Version 2.2012 with Exciting Games, More Teams, Grander Prizes and an out of world Experience.
SYNERGY 2011 saw over 40 Corporate Houses of Chennai fighting it out across exciting Team Building Activities by strategizing, visualizing, organizing and performing tasks, enabling their teams best performance. Beroe Inc emerged as winners of the Championship with Ajuba Solution & CSC coming at 2nd & 3rd Position respectively.
HIRCO invites Corporate houses across Chennai to participate in this exciting challenge organized at HIRCO township, ‘Palace Gardens’ in Oragadam and win grand prizes, trophies and most of all - PRIDE!!
The event will witness intense competition between 40 corporate teams consisting of 10 members each, both Men & Women.

1. Top 3 in every game wins 10 – 7 – 5 points respectively
2. All points earned in the games will be accumulated to proclaim the top 3 winners
3. Captain who is the Strategist of the team, needs to allot & coordinate members for each game across the day

HIRCO SYNERGY : FAQ’s
What is the event about?
It is a Team Building activity thru Brain & Brawn based challenges. A Series of activities need to be completed by each team to score points. The team with highest scores will win HIRCO Synergy Version 2.2012 Trophy.
Who can participate?
Employees of Corporate Houses can form a 10 Member Team of Men / Women in any combination. ID Cards are mandatory
HR Representative must be present to assist the team. (HR Representative may be Playing or Non Playing)
When & Where is the event Scheduled?
The event is to happen on 3rd Of June, Sunday @ HIRCO HIRCO PALACE GARDENS
Thriveni Nagar, Vadakkapattu, Oragadam| Kanchipuram District, Chennai - 603 204
Reporting Time : 8.15AM | Breakfast : 8.30AM | Starting time : 9.00AM to 4.00PM
Prize Distribution : 4PM
What is the Participation fee?
The event participation is by Invite only and on 1st cum 1st serve basis. There is NO PARTICIPATION CHARGES for the event.
How Can We Confirm Our Participation in HIRCO Synergy?
Teams need to fill up the attached form completed in all respects and attest it from HR Manager of the organization and send it to us by eMail.
What is the Suggested Dress Code?
We recommend comfortable clothing and sport shoes for outdoor activities.
Also would suggest carrying a back up dress too.
What Facilities are provided at Venue?
All activities related material, Breakfast, Lunch, Water, Refreshments for all Participants and of course Tons of Excitement!!
Is the Activity safe?
The activity is of adventurous in nature, but normal playing will not hurt or cause any injuries to participants. Additionally, adequate measures will be taken towards safety including First Aid Kit, Ambulance Etc.
Any Other Aspects to the event?
> You can invite your Collegues, friends and family – There are exciting games and prizes for them
> No consumption of Liquor is allowed in the premises
> Participants need to take care of their own valuables
> Refreshments for Non Participants is available on venue at additional cost
